We do our best at Frontier Beef to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for understanding.

Frontier Beef offers several options for beefing up your freezer, from our farm to your family!
For the Small cuts of beef and our merchandise, we offer shipping within the continental US through UPS as well as local pickup in Perry or Ponca City, OK. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an eco-friendly insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. We will typically ship beef orders out on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid shipping delays. Orders that are completed after 12 noon on Tuesday will be shipped out the following week. Please recognize the delays around busy holidays, and order in advance. For questions about RUSH shipping, please contact us.
For the Large beef portions that cannot be shipped (Full/Half/Quarter Beef), we offer local delivery (within a 150 mile radius of Red Rock, OK) for $250, or customers can pickup their order from the local processor. Large beef orders have butcher dates pre-selected a year in advance due to the high demand of local/personal farmer raised beef. We are very fortunate to have access to four different butchers in our area. You have the option to pick the best date to accomodate your needs! The date listed is the "harvest" date. Customers have a 2 week window to make custom order to butcher, and will need to pickup up their beef when the butcher calls and says its ready. We will do our best to accommodate each customers wishes, but circumstances at the time of orders may override the processor preference.
