Rump Roast

The perfect main dish for a Sunday afternoon, a large group gathering when you need something easy to throw in the crockpot, and great for making game day beef dip sandwiches. The roast is the go-to selection for moms, grandmas, and anyone else hungry for juicy and versatile comfort food.  Approx. 3-5 lbs

Rump roast is most often a bottom (outside) round, cut from the sirloin end of the round (different muscle from the eye). Somewhat tough, some marbling - can be braised or roasted. Traditionally used for thin sliced roast beef by deli's, etc.
